Refund and Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Safebox, This App is helping users to prioritise their safety
and security through its advanced technological insights or by providing safety and
security solutions in their housing society or housing complex. By using our Safebox
services, you are agreeing to be bound by our terms and conditions of this Policy.

Failure to do so within 24 (Twenty- Four) hours from the time of receipt of this
document and your acceptance of this document by clicking “I ACCEPT” button shall be
considered as your understanding of this document.
This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not
require any physical or digital signatures. By clicking on the “I ACCEPT” button on this
electronic contract, you are consenting to be bound by this User Agreement.
If you do not agree or accept any of the Terms and Conditions contained
herein, then please do not use the Safebox’s digital platform or avail any of the
services being provided therein.
Please read this Policy before buying a plan on Safebox, so that you
understand your rights as well as what you can expect from Safebox if you are not happy
with your purchase.

General
- By visiting our App and accessing the information, features, and services we
provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the terms and
conditions as stated in the Terms and Conditions (please refer to the Terms and
Conditions Policy link of the Safebox for more information) Click Here.
- We reserve the right to change this User Agreement from time to time without
notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this
User Agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any
modifications. Your continued use of the Safebox after
such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified
terms and conditions.
Cancellation of a Service
- Safebox charges for offering its services as a maintenance charge and does not
offer refund for a service you opted through our App. However, a user may
request for cancellation of a service if the user does not satisfy with services
of Safebox.
- To cancel a service, please email customer service at accounts@safebox.ind.in or request
us through the “Cancellation of Service” section in your account on Safebox to
obtain an approval for the cancellation request.
- Cancellation can be made if the user establishes that the services of the
Safebox is deficient in nature and if the user establishes contact with us
within 7 day of purchasing of the service plan.
Refund for a Service
- Generally, Safebox does not offer refund, however, in some cases the user may
request for refund as per the terms and conditions set out in this policy.
- The refunds shall be made up to the amount of maintenance charge, which is
charged by the Safebox for rendering its services and shall be provided only
after deducting the applicable taxes and platform fee of Safebox that varies as
per service to service.
- The refunds shall be processed in the following manner only:
- If you make a refund request within 7 day of purchasing a service plan,
then you shall be entitled for refund after deducting the applicable
taxes and platform fee.
- You shall not be entitled for any refunds if you make a refund request
after starting of the service as by that time all the arrangements wound
already have been made for you.
- Please note: your refund or cancellation for a service shall be variable as per
the concerned housing society’s rules and regulations.
Refund and Cancellation Process
- To cancel the subscription of a service or to raise a refund or cancellation
request, users are requested to email customer service at info@safebox.ind.in or make a refund
or cancellation request at the Safebox Mobile App, to obtain an approval.
- In case any refund is processed it will be credited in the bank account
within
5-7 days
- The refund or cancellation of the Service shall depend upon the individual
service, type of service etc., for which the details will be available on the
Mobile App.
- Upon receiving the refund or cancellation request, we shall verify the request
and if found genuine, we will arrange a refund or cancellation for the service.

Exceptions
- Safebox hereby points out the following exceptions to this Refund and
Cancellation Policy.
- The refunds shall not be processed and summarily rejected if you make a
request for the refund or cancellation after the ending of prescribed
time period.
- Safebox and you, both shall be bound by the terms and condition of the
respective housing society. Therefore, if you flout any of the conditions
specifically mentioned by the housing society, then the refunds shall not be
processed.
Response Time
- A refund is normally processed within 7-10 Business days after the completion of
formal procedure at the end of Safebox.
- Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your debit or credit card
statement, depending on your bank or financial institution. We will notify you
by email when your refund has been processed.
- If you have made the payment through UPI or Bank transfer, then the refund shall
be deposited in your bank account by Safebox
within 7-10 working days.
- The period of refund may also depend on various banking and payment channels,
and we will not be liable for any errors or delay in a refund due to banks or
third-party service providers.
Refusal of a Cancellation or Refund Request
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any refund or cancellation request if
such a request is not in compliance with this Refund and Cancellation Policy or
Applicable laws.
- It is hereby agreed by you that the cancellation of subscription of a service
shall be processed as per the decision of the Safebox only. Safebox shall have
all the rights to reject the refund or cancellation request made by you.
